2. What Banyan is
The Banyan Network LLC operates a pharmacy network and management services organization. We connect healthcare practices with licensed 503A compounding pharmacies and 503B outsourcing facilities, negotiate commercial terms, and manage those relationships. Banyan does not compound, dispense, or prescribe medications, and does not practice pharmacy or medicine. Partner pharmacies are independent businesses responsible for filling, labeling, and shipping prescriptions and for their own regulatory compliance.
3. No medical advice
Nothing on this site is medical, clinical, or pharmaceutical advice, and nothing here should be used to make treatment decisions. Prescribing decisions are the responsibility of the licensed prescriber.
4. Intended users
This site is intended for healthcare practices, licensed prescribers, pharmacies, and other businesses. It is not intended for patients seeking medication.
5. Quote requests and pricing
Information on this site, including any pricing statement, savings figure, or turnaround standard, is provided for general information and is not an offer or a binding quote. Pricing depends on product, volume, and the partner pharmacy filling the order, and is binding only when set out in a signed agreement. Statements about savings, turnaround, and network volume describe typical performance across the network and are not guarantees for a particular order.
6. Your submissions
When you send us an invoice, formulary, or other material, you confirm you have the right to share it and you permit us to use it to prepare pricing and to arrange introductions to partner pharmacies. Do not send patient-identifiable health information through this site or by unencrypted email.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site: no attempts to gain unauthorized access, no scraping or automated collection without our written permission, no interference with the site's operation, and no use for any unlawful purpose.
8. Intellectual property
The content, design, and marks on this site belong to The Banyan Network LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute them without permission, other than ordinary use of the site.
9. Disclaimers
The site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Banyan is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability relating to the site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100). This section does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, and does not alter the terms of any separate written agreement between you and Banyan.

Links to third-party sites and references to partner pharmacies are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. The exclusive venue for any dispute is the state or federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
