Who we are
The Banyan Network LLC ("Banyan", "we", "us") is a Nevada limited liability company operating a compounding pharmacy network and management services organization, with offices in Las Vegas, Nevada. This policy covers thebanyannetwork.com and the business communications that follow from it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a quote, we collect your name, work email address, phone number, and company name. If you email us an invoice or formulary, we receive whatever that document contains.
- Information collected automatically. Our hosting provider logs standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and the time of the request.
- Protected health information. We do not ask for patient information through this website. Where Banyan handles protected health information for a client practice, it is governed by our agreement with that practice, including a Business Associate Agreement where one applies, and not by this policy.

- To provide and administer our services once you become a client
- To send business communications about your account or your request
- To maintain the security of the site and to comply with law
How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Partner pharmacies. With your knowledge, to obtain pricing and to set up ordering on your behalf.
- Service providers. Vendors who host our site, deliver email, and support our operations, bound to use the information only to provide those services.
- Legal. Where required by law, regulation, subpoena, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
- Business transfer. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy before doing so.
Retention
We keep quote requests and related correspondence for as long as needed for the purpose they were collected for, and afterwards as required for legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including access controls and encryption in transit, to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the information you have given us, or ask us to stop contacting you, by emailing info@thebanyannetwork.com. Nevada residents may submit a verified request that we not sell their covered information; we do not sell it. This site is intended for businesses and healthcare professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
